What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of the customized products that we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For more information please visit our return policy page.
Custom/Curated Gifts
I placed my order... how long does it take before it gets shipped out?
All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days from the day you ordered. Delivery timelines will vary depending on where you are located and which shipping option you have selected upon checkout.
If you need the gift for a certain date, please reach out to a team member before placing your order.
I would like to order a custom/curated gift not listed on your website, how do I proceed with that?
We are more than happy to help you create the perfect customized gift! There are two options, you can visit our Build A Box page for easy steps 1-2-3. Or simply fill out the inquiry form on our website if you want to take the conversation further and one of our team members will be in touch very soon!
I would like to add more products to a curated box than the options you provide on your website, is this possible?
Yes, we love this! You can add your desired curated box along with other products you want to include into your cart and leave a note for us to package it all together. Do you offer more colours for customization than what you list?
Unfortunately, we do not. The only colours that we offer for customizations are white, black, gold, rose gold and silver for most customization options.

I would like to inquire about corporate gifts for my company/client, how do I proceed with that?

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on purchases over $99 CAD within Canada and US. Standard shipping will apply. Orders shipping internationally will be calculated based on the weight and size of the product(s).
Do you offer free pick-up?
Yes. We offer contact-less curb side pick up at our Markham, ON location. Option will be available at checkout. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. One of our team members will reach out with a pick up date and time.
Do you offer local deliveries?
Yes, we offer local delivery for $10 if the address is located within 10km of our studio in Markham, ON. Local delivery will be shown as an option upon check out. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. One of our team members will reach out with a delivery date and time.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, we have a rush order option for $25CAD at checkout. Rush orders will be fulfilled in 1-3 business days from purchase date.
